David Republican Army

Ideology: Communism

The David Republican Army is a fictional army that started on the Adak Islands, in the middle of Alaska and Russia.
It started as a resistance group in 2025 but soon formed into one of the most funded Militia's in the world.

They were fighting in MANY different frontlines. From Syria to Russia to even Japan.
Their propaganda was what brought in a lot of young people around the world to join the "resistance" and fight for "freedom".
Back in 2035, America and Russia funded the army which was Democratic back then, DRA was given so much equipment and supplies.
In one incident, The DRA recieved 3 M1A2 Abrams. One was destroyed in combat and one was disabled during their plans of recreating the tank.
The final tank was a success and the DRA started making their very OWN Abram tanks, T-14 Armata's and other equipment from the major powers.

The DRA has seen major conflicts and battles but there were 3 that stood out the most.

Battle For Earth - 2050/2061
Battle For Adak Islands - 2079/2080
Battle For Alaska - 2095/2100

Battle for Earth, Unknown humanoids that came from a planet called "Reach" made an accident (Note, the accident is not specified in the DRA files, it is classifed)
and it led to the Battle Of Earth. DRA Absolutely destroyed this so called "G-Order" and made them retreat back into space.

Battle For Adak Islands, DRA finally went up against the government that runs the island and wins in a vicious battle that led to 5,000+ DRA soldiers dead and
1,000+ RRA Soldiers dead in just a year.

Battle for Alaska, DRA and RRA's plan to fight against America. The RRA won in 2100 but in 2095, the DRA finally collapsed due to a shortage of manpower and resources.

Founder David and General Mike fled from Adak Islands and are hiding with the elite squadrons of the DRA.

It was until 2105, that's when the DRA would reform again.

That being said, the DRA obviously had a lot of enemies, ranging from Anime fighters, Callum's Rebellion, Russia and America themselves. Russia wasn't a problem due to the fact
their biggest friend, the RRA (Russian Revolutionary Army), assisted the DRA and destroyed the whole country of Russia.

During the final years, the DRA recruited a lot of locals and terrorists to fight for them until they finally collapsed.


I wanted to make this for a long time, the DRA started off as an idea when I was playing a Roblox game with my friend.
We joked around and said "Let's make a fictional army and control this island!" after that, I took it seriously and made lore of it.
The DRA has it's own official channel on youtube that's still really new.

This mod, even though it's small, means a lot to me.

You don't have to download it, I mostly just posted it for my friends to use on ArmA 3 servers but if you want to download it
and fight with the DRA, you can.

The DRA Soldiers themselves are in the DRA Branch, therefor other branches like DRSF, DSDF (David Republican Special Forces, David's Self Defense Force)
will not be added (They MAY be seperate factions, if I decide to make more factions that is.)
