I figured this out on my own :D ! This Also works with Melee ! With out this , killing a polar bear becomes ultra difficult as the bastard can kill you with 3 hits even with decent gear and buffs on ! A leveled up shotgun skill is good in Icarus ! Can destroy anything quickly , even them pesky arrow soaking giant scorpions !

be careful with the polar bears, they have a more accurate and harder hitting attack.
This works 10/10 as long as you are dealing with 1 bear without any 'ads'. My least favourite combo so far is bear + some form of feline - sucks a bunch.

Yeah, 1. change your difficulty back to normal or hard and try that again. I'll be near with some popcorn.

2. You dont need that bullshit. Just make a 2x2 stone house with windows or the easy as fuck to make gian wall defence. Lil helpful hin, they have battlement floors that can be attached,. they are cheap as hell. they are strong dont take much to repair. and they are usable anywhere.
