Improved Occupational Items On Spawn mod

Gives you a starting set of items and clothing based on what your profession is, as well as a few determined by your traits.

Added Hand Axe to Park Ranger
Fixed construction worker (Sledgehammer (Long Blunt) to Hammer(Short Blunt) since we have short blunt trait)
Fixed repairman (Screwdriver (Short Blade) to Pipe Wrench(Short Blunt) since we have short blunt trait)

It would be nice to see this with modded occupations supported, but if possible you could also just spawn the player in with a weak weapon from their best weapon skill if their occupation isn't vanilla, whether it's added to this mod or separate. Stuff like kitchen knives, wrenches, bats, or damaged weapons for long blade and guns. Would make occupations that start with points in Long Blade not as awful, which is a fairly large issue due to the extremely limited pool of weapons categorized as one.

Please can you change the bat on the Security Guard to the night stick? I feel it suits it better than the bat.
