Change format region country

Change format region country

First you need to search for "Set regional format" in the search toolbar.

Once you open the regional format tabs, you'll need to switch it to English (United States) in Regional format. (I also changed it in "country or region" as well i'm not sure if you need it too)

Then restart your computer and you are good to go!

doesn't work. Still stuck at the splash screen and cant progress to the loading screen.

Actually, #1 tip: remove all the emulators before sharing screenshots of your desktop. #2 tip: the splashscreen isn't a bug. #3 tip: your region should have already been set in your Steam settings. #4 tip: you have to input your actual account info (or create an account) for it to go away.
