Introduction
This guide will show you how to cut down a boss from at-or-near full health with a single swing coming from the hero's blue haired partner. Even if a boss is strong enough to withstand the onslaught (which is VERY rare), they will still be barely standing afterward.
Setting up for the fight: Requirements and Optional
You probably won't be able to do this to some of the game's earliest bosses, since you will need to have leveled up enough to have the proper amount of skill points. I think some of my characters were in experience levels in the upper 20s and lower 30s.

Let's start with Erik, since he is the star player in this case. He will be required to have certain skills in order to pull this off. He will need the Divide, Victimiser and Dual-Wielding skills. Cobra Strike and Dually Deadly skills are optional, BUT Cobra Strike will be required if no one else on the team has a poison afflicting ability to use. After getting this set up, equip him with the 2 best knives available in your inventory.

Everyone else is completely optional, but they can help speed up the process and increase the chances of one-shoting the boss with their participation. One thing that will help is having someone else do the poisoning part so that Erik won't have to. I use Sylvando for this, since he has the options of Cobra Strike or Kiss Me Deadly to use. Team members with Oomph/Oomphle and Sap will come in handy, too, increasing the amount of damage that Erik will inflict. For example, Veronica can use Oomphle on Erik, while Rab uses Sap on the boss.
How to Proceed Through the Boss Fight Step 1: Poisoning the Boss and Prepping Erik
At the beginning of the fight, if someone else has a poison ability, have Erik start off by using Divide. Otherwise, if he is the one that needs to do the poisoning, have him use Cobra Strike first.

Also, if the support team member fails to poison the boss, you could just have Erik use Cobra Strike and increase the chances of afflicting the boss by 3 times, since he will already be in Divide mode. You will need to have him divide again afterward, though, since the affects of the Divide skill only last one turn.

How to Proceed Through the Boss Fight Step 2: Optional Things to Do While Waiting for Erik's Next Turn
Now that the boss is poisoned and Erik is in Divide mode, let's do some extra stuff while proceeding through the next turn cycle. If you haven't do so yet, have one party member boost Erik's attack the best you can and have another decrease the boss's defense, if possible.

How to Proceed Through the Boss Fight Step 3: Delivering The Coup De Gras
Now that Erik's turn has come up again, let's give that boss a b!tch slap that they won't soon forget (assuming that they're still breathing afterward). Simply use Victimiser and watch as a big pile of HP damage captions, some of them showing hundreds of point damage each, fill the screen.

The Aftermath
Congrats! You have just finished a boss battle within a matter of a minute or two. If the boss is somehow still standing, they will, at least, be in the deep orange. Just finish them off like the shameful joke that they are.
