Difficulty Achievements
There are only two achievements linked to the difficulty played. The only difference I found between difficulties is the time you're given per level and the lives you start with.
  • PRO GAMER
Complete all basic maps on PRO level

Finish the DUST, MAZE, ROCK, RUIN, and MINE levels in Pro difficulty.

  • PRO SURVIVOR
SURVIVAL levels completed on PRO level

Survival unlocks after finishing the five campaign level sets. Finish the 70 levels Survival in Pro difficulty for this achievement.

Campaign Achievements
There are five sets of levels in the campaign, each with 12 levels.
There are six achievements per set: one unlocks for completing the set, and the other five are for completing the set within certain limits. These limits are:
  • without losing a level
  • within a number of moves
  • within a travel distance
  • within a time limit
  • collecting all coins (AND avoiding time bonuses as they deduct points)
My videos below have no problem going under all the limits. I hit ~70% of the move and ~80-90% of the distance limits.

DUST Achievements

The limits for the DUST levels are as follows:
  • 400 moves
  • 1000 distance
  • 5 minutes

MAZE Achievements

The limits for the MAZE levels are as follows:
  • 550 moves
  • 1500 distance
  • 8 minutes

ROCK Achievements

The limits for the ROCK levels are as follows:
  • 650 moves
  • 1600 distance
  • 10 minutes

RUIN Achievements

The limits for the RUIN levels are as follows:
  • 650 moves
  • 1900 distance
  • 12 minutes

MINE Achievements

The limits for the MINE levels are as follows:
  • 600 moves
  • 1500 distance
  • 10 minutes

Survival Achievements
Survival mode unlocks after completing the 60 campaign levels. Instead of 5 sets of 12 levels each like in the Camapign, Survival dumps all 60 levels into a single gauntlet with a new level after every 6th level, making a total of 70 levels.

The limits are as follows:
  • 2800 moves
  • 7700 distance
  • 40 minutes
The limits are a little stricter compared to the campaign, but my videos still fall well below the requirements.

Season 1 Achievement
  • SEASON1 Completed
    Complete all maps in SEASON1

This achievement does not work in the current version (v1.72.0) of the game.
However, it can be unlocked by rolling back to an older version (v1.11.07) of the game. This can be done with:
-app 535000 -depot 535001 -manifest 7920443212238876822
Use DepotDownloader[github.com] to download the files. The Steam Client skips downloading a couple of 0 byte files which renders the game unbootable.

The achievement itself is simple enough, just complete the four sets of five levels on any difficulty for the achievement.

This is a playlist with solutions for all 100 levels in the game.

DUST levels

SEASON 1 Levels
EXTRA Levels
Completing these 10 levels aren't required for any achievements, but they're included anyway for completion's sake.

OK, all good got it loaded using the DepotDownloader and the achievement popped after playing through those 20 levels again. Thanks very much for your help and happy hunting!

No worries I will give that a go thanks.

OK, I think I figured out the problem. Using Steam client to download the old depot only downloads 1504 files because there are two 0 byte files the client skips. They are:

\bin64\ndv.yaml
\bin32\ndv.yaml

I was using DepotDownloader which kept those files. Had to redownload with the client to see that it skips those. So you could try create those manually (they are literally empty files https://i.imgur.com/D3F2mIO.png) or use DepotDownloader and redownload everything.

Files, folders and bytes the same according to steam console but when transferred into \steamapps\common\EXIT, the properties say 1504 files though same bytes. Did everything step by step, still crashes though I've had 'missing executable file' a few times and not starting up at all. The executable file name hasn't changed through the versions and also according to steamdb is the same so not sure why that is happening...

The only other thing I can think of be that your old depot didn't download properly.

It should be 1506 files, 11 folders, 374,052,811 bytes

Works fine here. Just tried it on another account, and here's what I did:
1. install game via steam client
2. emptied \steamapps\common\EXIT
3. download old depot
4. copy old depot to \steamapps\common\EXIT
5. disable cloud and empty \AppData\Local\SIXNAILS\EXIT
6. launch game via steam client

Replace the files with the downloaded depot files and moved the progress save files out to desktop, also turned off steamcloud as the save files were auto downloading on startup. The game starts then crashes after about 2 seconds every time I load it up. Tried the executable in the files, tried running it as administration. Any other tips?

Actually, you might need to backup and delete your current version save and start v1.11.07 without any saves.

It should. Did you replace the current version files with the old depot ones?
