Hey man, i already played through the game with a mouse months ago, but i thought i upload the videos of it. I was fine with a mouse actually by the end, but yeah, at first, it was really a struggle .D

You might want to try playing with a dual stick controller. It gives more accurate control over movement and you don't really need the accurate aim the mouse offers. While blinking after losing a life you can fly through walls and enemies.
