[ArcCW] Flintlock Weapons

This is my very first addon for ArcCW!
As you might expect from that premise alone, it is not very good.

Musket? Check. Pistol? Check.
that's all i decided to add, i wanted to make a bayonet attachment but ended up not doing it

So, credit to SyntaxError752 and his buddies for making those

FEATURES
-musket
-pistol
-the materials have been improved, such as phong and normals, as well as envmap reflections on the metal parts (except the pistol which doesn't have a normal map lol)
- I FIGURED OUT PARTICLES FINALLY, SO IT HAS ACTUAL SMOKE NOW

ISSUES THAT I DIDNT FIX
-the AWoI weapons don't actually use c_hands, so there is no c_hands support on this either, because I am too lazy to try reanimating all of this
-no optics because the weapons use their own completely different bone system that ended up screwing with the camera when i tried adding scopes
