Hold attack to continue to the next hit of the attack

UTilt;
can be reversed after hitting the oponent with the first hit, dealing high KB to them.

also, sometimes roy's up special will refuse to turn around?
it's semi inconsistent but it happens sometimes.
other than that, love the character-

one thing:
i don't like how flare blade kills all your momentum when used in the air.
it's very weird to jump forward holding the move and suddenly come to a screeching halt.
