Introduction
Welcome, to my guide! This guide will help you with Road Rage, or surviving/attacking races, Road Rage, etc. So, let's get started!
The Cars
What I did was go from the Mesquite, which is unlocked by getting the 'D' License. Before this, use ANY car that has at least 3 strength. The Mesquite Custom ups the boost, which leads to being able to boost without running out most of the time in Road Rage. Once you get that (or before), switch to the Reliable Custom. The issue with this one is that you need to Shut it Down, unlike the Mesquite. The Reliable Special adds another Boost point.
Basic Takedowns
Wall Takedown
This is the basic takedown. You simply ram an enemy into a wall. You'll be using this the most.

Grind Takedown
This takedown is caused when you ram a rival against a wall, until they just flip. No seriously. You just keep them pinned, and they pop like a jack in the box. I don't suggest using it much, only in tight spaces, as a simple Wall Takedown would do you just as good.

Traffic Check
Traffic Check is when you ram an enemy into traffic, and f*ck em up bigtime. It is so enjoyable ramming an enemy into oncoming traffic, and watching them get decimated.

T-Bone Takedown
This happens when you ram into the side of a Rival. This can be abused in the advance tactics.

Vertical Takedown
This is the kind of Takedown that makes you scream "HELL YEAH!" You get this by landing ON TOP OF A RIVAL. Yeah. It's that epic. These are so rare, but so enjoyable.
Advance Takedowns/Manuevers
Straight On T-Bone
This is a very risky manuever, with a very high payoff. Basically, while 1/2-1 car length from a Rival, handbrake (X on Xbox 360 Controller) for half a second to the point where you are angled towards the side the Rival is at, at around 1 11 or 2 o clock angle, mattering on whcih side they're on. Boosting helps this extremely. If done correctly, you'll ram right into the side, getting an insta-kill. Like I said, this is very risky. Here is why:
  • If you over shoot, you have yourself positioned sideways infront of the enemy. Insta-kill.
  • If you undershoot, you will either: Crash into a wall, which can slow you down or kill you, or be sideways in the middle of a road. Same outcome as the first risk.

Saving from A Direct Hit
You are hurdling towards a wall. Slowing down won't help you out much, so what do you do? Handbrake(wow, handbrake is helpful) again! instead of directly getting smacked in the face with it, you will instead get hit in the side, which, chances are, will save you. I haven't died from this yet.

What to do if Backwards on Road Rage
don't try and turn around! go straight, the AI will go wherever you decide to go, making it not much of a difference.

WARNING: May not work on Races. Results may vary.

or you can just shunt them (hit them from the behind) that always results into them crashing, cuz AI is as stupid as a fly
