Navigate to your document folder > Battlefield 2042 folder > settings folder

Open PROGSAVE_profile (use the text editor of your choice notepad will work just fine)

CTRL+F (or Edit > Find...) > infantry.conceptyaw

Delete all lines

or for those who need it broken down Barney style.

Browse to C:\Users\[[u]Your Account Name[/u]]\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings
Open PROFSAVE_profile in Notepad
Ctrl + F for "infantry.conceptyaw"
Delete the 19 or so lines in the file labeled GstKeyBinding.infantry.ConceptYaw
Delete the lines with this variable
Save the file
Restart Battlefield 2042
You should be working.

Navigate to your document forlder > Battlefield 2042 folder > settings folder

Delete PROGSAVE_profile

Start your game.

Should work, but all your settings will be back to fresh install. But you don't have to do anything besides delete a file.


Then remember that somehow the QC somehow let a patch go out that breaks mouse movement
