This mod contains

A small local substation typical to residential areas in the UK

All the component parts as assets.

Can be found in the madhatter category in assets (top hat)

Note: updated 09/01/2025 added a lod for the fence to correct performance issue.

its been updated you should see a difference - only has high poly count if you are within 50 meters

Funnily enough I was looking for something I could use as a substation the other day. Ended up using some junction/relay boxes from the Dutch set and some generic wire fencing; this is much better - thank you!
