Spook your Rivals with this crazy Pokemon

Ability

Levitate: Gengar is very very floaty, but they can always fast fall even while rising on their jumps!

Special Attacks

Neutral Special: Shadow Ball. Hit people with this to inflict a curse. Using up special while a target is cursed will use a special teleport move: Hex!

Forward Special: Mean Look. Gengar builds a wall to lock the opponent down. This wall blocks enemy projectiles and powers up your projectiles!

Down Special: Venoshock. Gengar dives into the ground and emerges with a powerful attack. You can cancel the dive after hitting someone with the parry button to not enter the ground.

Up Special: Teleport. Gengar teleports a distance and makes an attack. If the target is marked by a shadow ball, teleport is upgraded to a homing attack, hex!

It's just determined by alt. Character has 2 sets of alts you can tab through ones with voice should just say voiced on the CSS.

You know, had this been made an original character, but with the exact same moveset and playstyle, this would have easily won the current competition. the floaty mechanic alone is such a simple, but brilliant gimmick.

This could be a water-themed character who's like a cloud elemental. It covers all the same moves. Forward strong sends out a cloud than lets out a fist or burst of static when releases. Down special is condensing their vapor body into a puddle. Neutral special is a giant water orb that leaves the opponent soaked and set up for Up special, which goes from a cloud teleport to a lightning bolt teleport. Down special is an ice wall.

It would have been the perfect character to be in Rivals 2.

As it is, I guess we'll have to settle for this masterpiece on one only.
