The only achievement here is incredibly easy to get, just takes a little bit of AFK time. There are a couple things the other guides aren't mentioning that'll increase the speed you earn points drastically.

In this game, the density of blocks and pellets fired is dependent on the sound output from your computer. I believe this is based on the BPM of the audio output, as well as the volume. Therefore, you'll want to play certain audio tracks, and max out the volume.

You need 51,000 points to purchase all effects and unlock the achievement. Using the steps below, you should average about 7,000 points per game, taking a total of about 45 minutes for the achievement.

The best strategy seems to be to play a song with a lot of energy at a high volume. Lots of people seem to recommend dubstep, but there's too much dead air; instead, try Eminem's "Rap God."

PLEASE NOTE ONLY THE SOUND OUTPUT FROM YOUR COMPUTER MATTERS, NOT YOUR SPEAKERS! You should be able to turn the PHYSICAL volume down, but don't alter or mute your computer's sound output.

RECOMMENDED FOR FASTEST COMPLETION:

• Add a volume booster extension on your web browser of choice. I used "Volume Master" on Google Chrome and increased volume to 600%.
  
• Press escape in game and notice the controls "Change audio sensitivity" in the bottom left, altered by using Page Up/Down on a keyboard, or the D pad on a controller. This should be maxed to 400%.
  
• Play Eminem's Rap God. You'll want to set this to repeat indefinitely.
  

Follow these steps:

1. If you plan on using your computer at the same time, launch the game in windowed mode at a low resolution.
   
2. Open the "Arcade" mode
   
3. Start playing your selected music track.
   
4. Using your web extension, max out the output volume.
   
5. In game, press Page Up until your max out the audio sensitivity at 400% (see top right corner).
   
6. Let the game run, and restart the song whenever necessary.
   
7. Once you have 51,000 points, exit to the menu and purchase all the modifiers.
   
8. Congratulations, achievement unlocked!

At each of these steps, you should notice immediate changes in the gameplay. The speed and number of pellets fired should increase drastically, as should the density and number of the moving blocks. Additionally, the waveform bars at the top of the screen should grow and cover the whole window.
