Sparky/Snowball Bear

This build is designed for an aggressive play style and relies on having an adequate support that is able to lock your targets in place so you can slam destruction into their sides with your abilities.

You're going to start with a Stout Shield, Tangos, and a Quelling blade. These are pretty standard starting items that offer a little extra help to your survivability while increasing your ability to last hit and give you better line of sight and access to ganking your lane.

You have a wide amount of life steal options, though with the changes to Ursa's abilities, Mask of the Dominator performs exceedingly well. Vlad's is useful for the team, plus it's damage bonus is nice. Mask of Madness is also a viable option, though taking added damage is often the difference between life and death during a fight. Ursa is not exactly squishy, but you may experience some close calls before you start to snowballing.

Your first item to go for are your Mask of the Dominator (or other Life Steal item) and Phase Boots. You don't need to complete Mask of the Dominator right away, simply get the lifesteal component to allow you to kill Roshan. Get boots after the first half of your mask. Once you're level 4 or 5 you can solo Rosh, although you may need your support to tank damage for a few seconds if you get unlucky with his stuns. Aim to have the aegis in your inventory by 8 - 10 minutes. Start roaming once you have your Aegis.

Immediately after you have your Aegis of the Immortal, finish up your mask if needed and finish out your Phase Boots. You get Phase Boots over Boots of Travel to allow running through creeps to get to your target. Late game you can trade them out for Boots of Travel, but they should NOT be bought while in laning phase.

Your first core item is Maelstrom. This is an awesome item for Ursa because of the added attack speed and damage. Initially I used Sange & Yash for the added movement speed, attack speed and slow, but found marginally better performance with the Maelstrom, especially in team fights. After that grab your BKB and then upgrade to a Mjolnir.

You can always build a Vanguard if you are against a physical damage heavy team, but this is rarely a good option.

Your next few upgrades are going to vary. Assault Curaiss is good under almost every circumstance, but you will want to prioritize a Monkey King Bar if you are against a Phantom Assassin or Faceless Void. Buttefly is an okay late game item, but there are usually better options such as Satanic or Heart of Tarrasque when it comes to survivability.
