So you might find that the game refuses to load normally, as it crashes on start up. This launch command should be able to fix this.

Setup

First you must make sure that you have both Portal 2 and Aperture Tag installed.
Then open properties for Aperture Tag.
Find the launch Options.
Then copy and paste this command exactly as it is below

"../Portal 2/portal2.sh" -game "../Aperture Tag/aperturetag" # %command%

If done right is should look like this.
