Setup

First you must make sure that you have both Portal 2 and Aperture Tag installed.
Then open properties for Aperture Tag.
Find the launch Options.
Then copy and paste this command exactly as it is below

"../Portal 2/portal2.sh" -game "../Aperture Tag/aperturetag" # %command%

If done right is should look like this.
