Better Monorail Tracks

I love using the monorails as my main source of public transport, but I always thought there were some holes in the stock monorail network. This monorail network fills those gaps with the addition of monorail bridge, monorail tunnel, and ground-level monorail elevations.

There's some limitations to the AI that i needed to work around to create this, which means there's some quirks when placing the tracks:
* To connect to a station: use an 'elevated' segment to connect to the station, or use a segment of the stock monorail.
* You'll also need to use a segment of the stock monorail if you need to connect to an elevated monorail-over-road.
* Pillars appear offset in sharp bends
