In other words, after entering & leaving the dedicated server, you want to play on the local server, but you have a lot of bullets, or fast-use the first aid kit, or you can incap crawl, or some special infected is strangely fast, or the Smoker blows your tongue every 1000ft, or the Boomer vomits every second, or something, anyway it means avoiding such weird situations without restarting the game. Because that's not an ordinary game.

This add-on works by forcing default values to variables(ConVar, Cvar) when the local server starts, so it may conflict with other add-ons that change the variables in your game.

It remains at 1 until lobby, but changes to 0 when the game starts, so there is no need to manually input sv_consistency to 0.
