Yo~ Today i will teach you how to make a custom wallpaper for your phone!

First step first your gonna need to find a suitable wallpaper/background for your phone! Then resize it to 512x512 (You can use Windows Paint to resize your image) then save it to .bmp/jpg i recommend *jpg*. And then you need to open VTFedit program. While your in VTFedit, you need to import the image that you chose earlier. When your done with that your gonna need to Save it (Choose Save As..) and name it "background01". The File format must be in .vtf !

Afterwards your gonna create a folder. you can name it whatever you want, However if your gonna post it in the workshop. Then you have to name it properly.

Now open your folder that you just made and create another folder inside and name it "materials", After that your gonna need to create another folder inside that "material" folder and name it "vgui". And the final folder your gonna create is an additional folder inside "vgui" name it "objective". So it will look like this *Blank Folder*>material>vgui>objective

Once your done creating this folder drop your newly created "background01".vtf inside *objective* folder. Another 2 more steps.

Go to the *vgui* folder. Your new task is to create a preview of your background/wallpaper. its up to you if you want to do this or just skip it, the add-on will work either way. Make a screenshot of your new background/wallpaper and resize it to 256x256, then save it as a *background.vtf file. Once you've done with that, Put the new 256x256.vtf you just created to *vgui* folder. for your preview picture to work your gonna need to create a .vmt file. You can use txt to create a .vmt file. Create a textfile and copy paste this:

Then save it by going to file > save as... and name it "background.vmt".

Now go back to the first file you created and create a textfile inside of it and name it "addoninfo" open that textfile. and Copy Paste this code:

Just edit the blanks so your mod has a title, Image(use the background 256x256) , Description, And your name on it.

afterwards go ahead and save it.
Drag your created folder to the *Contagion>contagion>addons folder.

Now that your down with that, you'll need to package that stuff right into .vpk file. Its very simple~

To Create a .vpk you must open the contagion>addons folder (where you dropped your newly created file)

and your Steam/SteamApps>Common/Contagion/bin folder. Once you have two windows open, find the vpk.exe file in the bin folder. Now just simply drag your newly created folder inside contagion/addons folder into the vpk.exe. You will notice a quick command window and a .vpk file with the name of your newly created file will appear in the same folder as your add-on folder that is inside the contagon/addons base folder.

And thats it your done! if something is wrong with your vpk then just go back to the beginning and assess what you have created.

Then finally start your game and wait for addons to load i suggest *Restarting* The game so it works perfectly. Go to your addons> and find the name of your add-on vpk.

If you want to post this background/wallpaper you just created then go to libraries and press start in the contagion section when you have done that theres gonna be two options that it show you. *Play Contagion* (Base Game) and *Launch Contagion SDK* Choose the LCSDK(Launch Contagion SDK) then a small window will pop out.

Select the Upper left corner button which is *Create* Then just upload your mod with your description, title, Image of the background/wallpaper, and the category of this mod which is *Smartphone Wallpapers* so people can access the mod easily.

Under that categories you will see *select image* and *select file*.

The image will be the examples/preview of the add-on that you will upload. and the Select file will be the .vpk of the add-on you just created. Then just set it to Public if you want to share it~ You can also select the other choices. Have fun and Have a nice Day/Night~
