Here I will show you how you can grab the 100% Achievements.
Most of them are self-explanatory, so I'm going to show you the ones that aren't!

This are the Achievements:

Here are the four most 'difficult' ones:

Enter Penny Pincher

Choose the dad and start without a computer or teammate
.
Turn off all appliances and let the time run out. For example light switches, lamps, washing machines, etc. (At the top left you have a counter - see it next picture)

You should be under $ 100 without any problems

Enter Shopping Spree

Enter garden supply section
.
Pickup (press E) a propane tank from one of the shelves on the left and throw it (press Q)

Enter Neighborhood Stroller Race

Complete the race and go into one of the two rocks

CAVE: You have to have at least one teammate to complete the achievement.
It works the fastest if you connect a controller to the PC. For example, you can use your PS4 controller.

Choose the kid with one player and the dad with the other player
