Glad to hear you like the scenario! As for the insurgents, the coalition soldiers are slightly weaker but are still strong enough to battle the insurgents on the map, especially when supporting each other. Getting some roads down will help immensely as well.
Figured a less serious scenario might deserve a somewhat easier game. Though if it's too easy, I could always tinker with the insurgent's strengths or add an insurgent tactic.
