Lore:
The 'Aeneas'-Class Cargo Transporter is currently the Smallest Cargo Vessel operated by the Logistical Division of the Alliance Space Command.

This Particular Class has been in service for 15 Years, and was the replacement for its Predecessor, the X-81, in the Role of Short Range Transportation. The Intended function of this Class, is the Transportation of Valuable Items or Commodities between Bases, or Space Stations, either on the same planet or in the same area of space Respectively.

That being said, this Class is capable of Interplanetary Travel, but doing this would require the assignment of a Second Crewman for the Duration of the Journey. This would be to keep the Ship within ASC Guidelines pertaining to Extended Flights.

The ASC-LD Currently Operates 35 Vessels of this Class, Primarily within Alliance Space, Two of which are assigned to Capital Station for Courier Duties.
