This requires: Freeman's "Toybox" Pack, The Western Sniper TF2 GMOD (Easy Bonemerge Tool and Easy Bodygroup Tool [Optional]) This is the guy from Watch_Dogs you can use him if you want for your screenshots and have fun! :)
Don't ask why the picture shows him having a cowboy hat, once you install this, his hat will be removed and be replaced by a cap.

You need to save the photo you wanted, then when you make a workshop item, there will be an option of Add/Edit Images & Videos. Then upload the one you wanted and POOF, its there. :)

Braixen i think it looks AWESOME fwi its not really a tf2 sniper its a sort of western tf2 sniper lol
