This is the build I use on Clinkz, and it works fairly well with me.

The trick with Clinkz is to have a lot gadgets that add a little something-something to your bow, so Eye of Skadi and Desolator are golden peices for you.

Another thing, that any person who plays DOTA ever, is to (Duh) have a lot of your main stat. But it never hurts to have a couple extra items that add to strength, as a lot of health can make you very powerful.
