You are right about taking status early game. But i find crits morre better. Reccent buffs in Jug's BAT, so more crits. I even ruptured once and i have only like 50 hp left. Bloodseeker try to kill me with around 150 hp left in him and i saved by my crits. About healing ward early game is good idea but i consider it situational because jug has already low mana pool. I personally some times take healing ward when i'm in solo lane and taking all the harrassments. Vlads give better mana regen that's costs nearly same as dominator little more. I'm thinking of adding ring of basilius as early game for better mana regen and letter it built into Vlad. My order of item is exactly as suggested in build. I take phase, yasha, maelstorm, scepter, vlad, battlefury, majoinir, sange and yasha. And if other team member has vlad i get butterfly last and skip vlad.

Oh and also its better for a support or another ally to get vlads to free up another slot for you

Vlads should be considered situational as dominator is usually a better choice as it builds into satanic lategame and also, having 6 core items none of which are boots suggests that you don't need boots. There are only a select few heroes that can get away without boots (weaver, medusa, etc.), and jugg is not one of them. Also heart shouldnt be considered on jugg because his healing ward does the exact same thing but for the whole team. Generally one level in stats early is a good idea, sometimes two, because it will allow you to use bladefury for kills more often, and crits arent that good early as they are a multiplier of your damage, which you do not have much of early. One level in healing ward should be gotten before you max crits just for the survivabliity so you dont have to go back to base. That way you can keep finding kills and keep farming. Also, you should tell what order in which to get the items, as I would be interested in knowing how exactly you build him step by step.
