I decided to make a guide "how to put your logo in TAB", after reading other forums and comments under them, I saw that people were delirious.

1. Let's make your logo in any size in .png format.
2. Then "transfer" the logo from the bitmap (.png) to the vector (.svg).
3. To do this, you need to download a program that has these functions. For example: Inkscape
4. The size of the output image in .svg format should be 1501x1500 (1500x1500 - not suitable, this is the case when 1 pixel solves !!!)
5. Then open FTP and go to the following path / materials / panorama / images / tournaments / teams.
P.S. The tournament / team path does not exist, so we create it ourselves
6. Place our logos in the above path and write the following commands to server.cfg:
Logo name mp_teamlogo_1 "without .svg" mp_teamlogo_2 "Logo name without .svg" 1 - CT, 2 - T
Examples: mp_teamlogo_1 "logo1" and mp_teamlogo_2 "logo2".
7. Don't forget to register at downloadlist.txt and upload your logos to FAST DL.

This is the second part of the tutorial in which I will tell you how to convert from png to svg so that the logo is displayed in CS: GO. What do you need:
1. Photoshop to make your own logo
2. Adobe Illustrator to translate to svg

Let's start.
1. You already have a png file with the logo and you need to open Adobe Illustrator.
2. Create a file with a size of 1501x1500.
3. Open your png file and ctrl + c ctrl + v this png file to your created one, which is 1501x1500
4. We customize your rank
5. If you do not have tracing enabled, you can enable and check it in the "Window"
6. Go to "Image Trace"
7. We set the settings as in the screenshot, you can experiment, but these are the most normal settings
8. Click properties and disassemble
9. Remove the white background
10. Click "Save As" and select the SVG file type
11. We set the settings as mine and click "Ok"
