All you need is 500 cash, you can even do this in the sandbox mode. Also, please note that there is about 3 second time limit between the clicks so you will have to be somewhat quick.

In order to unlock the secret, click on these items in the following order (each correct click will make a distinctive sound; if you mess up, restart from step 1.) :

1. the cabin door
   
2. the right side of the bridge
   
3. the middle part of the bridge
   
4. the left side of the bridge
   
5. the bat
   
6. the tire swing
   
7. the axe
   
8. the car and remove it for $500

Result: you will see a monkey wearing Jason's mask from the movie "Friday the 13th" run out of the cabin and chase after the car
