To run faster, press (W and A) or (W and D), and it will make you go faster than other people just running normally. And to BHOP just jump and then after you land wait a few short miliseconds and jump again. Once you get good at this you can start strafing around walls with your mouse and cut corners for max speed running away from people

jumping further with (W, A, Space or W, D, Space) will jump further if you look in the direction that will let you run straight. If you do this correctly you are able to skip the first glass pane or rock platform in the jumping gamemode! you are also to get up certain blocks and objects with this jump if you crouch at the peak of the jump.
