Not Metlife North

This is a fictional Art Deco skyscraper that resembles that original plan of Metlife North Building in Manhattan, New York (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/238550111483839992/), which was killed off by the stock crash of 1929 and Great Depression that ensued. Height is about ~350m (the original was supposed to be 1434ft ~ 443m). Maybe I will make a faithful recreation of it in the future but for now I think this will scratch your Art Deco urges.

This is outstanding. Really helps fill in my art deco downtown nicely. If you do make a version shaped more like the historical design, please consider making a version with the top chopped off like the extant 30-story building too. The Metlife Tower on the workshop looks so lonely without it.

Because they're landmarks, and you can use RICO to add residents and jobs. Growable is more appropriate for smaller buildings that will appear all over your city.
