Works perfectly fine. There may be another sports facility closer to your flats and all people go there unless it's full.

Yeah, I get some critique about my roofs from time to time from people that haven't seen them IRL. The roofs are made of long stripes of bitumen/asphalt (the brighter parts) joined or "glued" with tar (black narrows stripes) or similar material. That's how 99% of roofs in Poland looked in the 60s-80s :)

They definitely aren't stretched and I don't think they are low-res compared to the rest of the building (they aren't supposed to be sharp, more like irregular and blurry, otherwise they'd look like some metal plates with welds). A bigger resolution wouldn't change their appearance significantly IMO. Look at photos here to see how they look IRL.

Thanks for all the buildings you put on the workshop, I love 'em! Especially this one.

If I may make one suggestion in general - that roof shingle texture you use on many of your buildings I think is the only thing I don't like. It looks kind of stretched out and low res IMO.
