Ritz (Budget Edition) [PM/NPC]

It's Ritz from Demonophobia, except this is a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ budget version of the character that's meant to look like an edgy emo guy. I have no idea why I created this other than the fact that I want to see if I can start making the type of content that I used to make before the tragic events of June 4, 2020 [media.discordapp.net], combined with the knowledge and skills I just learned recently.

I'll be releasing more GuP content and vehicles shortly after I hope.
