Pipe Germ Info Fixed

Based on the Pipe Germ Info mod by molsen234:

I will delete this if the original mod is updated or the original creator requests it.

This mod shows if liquids/gases inside pipes have any germs in it without entering the germs overlay.
If there's no germs, the line is simply not displayed.

This should work with the DLC too, but I can't test it since I don't own it. If there's any problems, please give me feedback here.

如果最初的版本更新了，或者是最初的创造者要求的话，我会删除这个。这个版本显示了管道内的液体/气体是否有细菌，而没有进入细菌，如果没有细菌，管道就不会显示出来。这个版本也可以用于 dlc，但我不能测试它，因为我没有它。如果有任何问题，请给我反馈。
