I don't know if anyone is still playing this game or whatever
But there is a way to fix the mouse bug on windows 10:
Go to settings>options>disable Full screen mode

also I recommend to put your resolution into 1024 x 768
if you don't know how to reach this:
Go to the Settings on windows > System > Display > Display resolution
