Go to this location on the map:

Find Dex's body (it's in the same location as where Takemura shot him).

Interact with his body to get the Plan B secret unique pistol, which uses Eddies as ammo.

I still find it funny that he just so happens to drag you out to meet with Takemura in the same place THE Rache Bartmoss is frozen, You'd think that that would be of a little more note to everyone there

Zombie666, That guy is a famous old school hacker who went missing years ago. You get a mission to bring his hacker tool (the device on his hip) to get looked at and you get some tools off of it.

Who is the stiff on ice behind Dex's body?! When you scan him there is a device on his hip that glows but no info or other prompts at all Hmmm....

You'll also get a mission near where Dex's body sits. :)
