What does this mod?

Changes vanilla .dds files of the two leaders.
“gfx/leaders/GER/Portrait_Germany_Adolf_Hitler.dds”
“gfx/leaders/SOV/ Portrait_Soviet_Joseph_Stalin.dds”

Compatibility

Any mod that does not change the two .dds files (mentioned above) or directly leader picture entry of the two leaders will be compatible.
