The first thing we must do is open the folder where your game is installed, for that we open the steam library and select our game.

After we must right click, select the option "Manage" and finally click on "View local files"



After clicking on the "View local files" option, the following folder will open.



Once we are in the folder where your game is installed, we must open the following folders: Left 4 Dead < left4dead < materials < correction



When we are inside the correction folder, we must delete the files:

• ghost
  
• ghost.pwl
  
• infected
  
• infected.pwl

And with this the vision of the special infected was successfully removed.
