Achievements for this game are relatively simple. Most just involve setting times on all the tracks. Everything can be done solo, though having friends play together with you won't affect your ability to unlock achievements.

This game requires connection to an online server, as the "offline practice" mode didn't work for me and somebody else who tested it. Servers can be password protected if you don't want to play with random people. Development has stopped on the game, but the servers will stay up for "years to come".

Important
The distance driven is tied to the fps the game is running at. I did a lap of the map at various settings and got the following results:
@30fps = 1648m
@60fps = 3340m
@200fps = 12244m

As there's an achievement for driving 1000 miles, it would be best to run this game at the maximum FPS possible. At 350+FPS, you should finish the distance before completing the 100 laps achievement.

Mechanic
• Complete a lap with each car

There's only one car-related achievement, and it's for completing a lap with each car. There are 6 cars in the game:

• Starter Car

• Clown Car

Keep this achievement in mind while you complete the ones below.

Do not use the "Unlock All Tracks" in the options. It may lock you out of an achievement.

Villager
• Complete a lap in Gannenthu Village

Miner
• Complete a lap in Canéuj Quarry

Wet and Wild
• Complete a lap at Howe Aman Lake

Mountaineer
• Complete a lap at Weiei Mountain

The game comes with four tracks available from the start. You can warp directly to the start of a track with the "Change Vehicle/Track" option in the main menu.

The next four tracks are unlocked by finding hidden blue checkpoints on the map. Drive into the checkpoint and complete a lap of each circuit to unlock the achievement.

Coaster
• Complete a lap at Thascot Swood coastal road

At the foot of the mountain on the side with the lake.

Sky High
• Complete a lap on the Sky Track

On the other side of the mountain from the previous one. The bridge in the picture is the bridge leading towards the mountain.

Down and Out
• Complete a race at Langwaedoon

In the mountains between the village and the lake. Drive into the mountains from the village in the direction of the lake and you'll see it among some trees.

Race to which mountain?
• Complete the Canéun Run

Near the quarry. The windmill in the picture is the starting point of the Canéuj Quarry race.

The last five hidden tracks are reverse tracks which are unlocked by completing five laps on their forward direction counterparts. These five tracks have reverse variants:

Explorer
• Find all hidden circuits

This achievement unlocks for unlocking all nine hidden tracks.

Completing a lap on all thirteen tracks above unlocks the final challenge: The Grand Tour. Access it in the pause menu: Challenge > Grand Tour.

Circuit Breaker
• Complete a lap on all circuits

This achievement unlocks for setting a time on all thirteen tracks and the Grand Tour.

Ice Cold Killer
• Destroy all snowmen

There are six snowmen that need to be destroyed in the mountain area. This achievement may be stackable as snowmen respawn when you restart the server.

#1-2: At the top of the mountain.


#3-4: Down the slope immediately after #2.


#5: Under the bridge leading towards the mountain.


#6: On a higher ledge at the foot of the mountain. It overlooks the blue checkpoint that unlocks the Thascot Swood Road track.

Prickly Character
• Destroy all cacti

There are 24 cacti that need to be destroyed in the quarry area. This achievement does not seem to be stackable even though cacti respawn when you restart the server.

#1-3: Round the corner from the start/finish of the Canéuj Quarry track.


#4-6: Follow the road as it bends to the right. The next three are there as the road slopes upwards.


#7: On the same raised area as #5 and #6 is another cactus.

#10-17: Go straight ahead at #8-9 and turn right at the four-lane road. Continue along the road and you'll see eight cacti along the way.


#18: After the sharp s-bend, this one will be on the left.


#19-20: Directly across the road from #18.


#20-24: At the sharp s-bend before the finish.

Santa's Helper
• Collect 100 presents

Play Challenge > Scavenge.
In this mode you have three minutes to collect presents that have been scattered around the entire map. You'll probably only get 10-15 presents in the time limit. Keep playing until you've collected a total of 100+ presents.

Overclocker
• Race over 100 laps

The fastest track time-wise is Canéun Run.
The fastest circuit time-wise is Canéuj Quarry, Howe Aman Lake or Sky Track.
The fastest track/circuit average-speed wise is Thascot Swood Road.

The Lazy Proclaimer
• You've driven 500 miles, and then driven 500 more!

The following assumes you are playing at 60FPS. Read the important note in the first section on how to shorten the grind significantly.

This game stores its stats in kilometers, and this achievement requires you to drive 1000 miles - that's 1609km. Even after 100 laps you won't have driven anywhere near that much, I think I had about 300km.

The fastest/proper way to do it would be to continue driving Thascot Swood Road. One lap is ~3.6km in about 1:50, so 1309km is 364 laps or a little over 11 hours of continous driving.

It can also be idled by continously driving in a circle. Spawn at Gannenthu Village in the Sports Car and find something to hold the up/right keys down. You'll drive in a smooth circle.[gfycat.com] 1300km takes ~50-60 hours with this method.
