First of all you got to enable developer console for CS:GO
Here is how:
Go to Settings
Press Game
Under game there should be a option to enable developer console, set that to 'YES'

Now we can start!
Load into a bot game
Open the console with '~' (you can change this in settings!)
When you have loaded into a bot game, open console and write "sv_cheats 1" (without the ")

"r_drawothermodels 2"

Values

0: OFF - You will not be able to any model at all
1: ON - Normal
2: ON - You will be able to see models through walls


"enable_skeleton_draw 1"

Values

0: OFF - Normal
1: ON - You will be able to see the "skeleton" of the players through walls


"mat_wireframe 2"

Values

0: OFF - Normal
1: ON - Type 1
2: ON - Type 2
3: ON - Type 3
4: ON - Type 4

You can also aimbot on specific players/bots by using this command:

You have to aim at the specific player/bot when using this command
