So, the game doesn't really tell you anything, besides the hints that are always changing at the bottom of the screen. From the little I've played, I will tell you what you can do. Think of this as a controls guide.

Controls
WASD - Movement. Keep in mind that you do not stop on a dime.

Left CTRL - Crouch. Toggle.

Space - Jump. DO NOT JUMP WHILE AGAINST A WALL. You will respawn at the very beginning without warning and without the death screen.

Left Shift - Sprint.

F - Use. various things can be "used". Most do nothing.

ESC - Pause. You can change the volume and your mouse sensitivity. You can also up the brightness. Might want to do that.

Q - Tilt your head left. This is partially toggle and you need to manually re-center your head.

E - Tilt your head right. This is partially toggle and you need to manually re-center your head.

R - Use, after getting the artifact, to light up around you. Uses energy and attracts the monster.

RMB - Heal 10 HP for 50 Energy.

MMB - Destroy the artifact to "weaken the monster" while on an anomaly.

LMB - Hold to suck up the glowing yellow mist to charge up energy, and let go with at least 1 left in the anomaly to be teleported to a different room.
What to do with these controls
WASD - You need to be able to walk somehow.

Left Shift - Sprinting away from the monster that goes through walls and other objects.

F - Use whatever you're looking at. Door that doesn't open? Use. Fire extinguisher that falls and makes alot of noise? Use. Crystals on the ground? Use. 30 valves throughout the map? Use. Toilets and sinks? Use. What do they do? Nada. Jumpscare material.

RMB - Heal 10 points of health out of the 25 the monster hit you for. Uses 50 Energy.

MMB - Breaks the artifact (if you picked it up) to "weaken the monster". Monster doesn't show up if you don't have the artifact to begin with... Just a thought...

LMB - A yellow mist will appear after picking up the artifact. You can suck it into the artifact to collect energy and if the anomaly still has charge left when you let go, it will teleport you to a different floor.

ESC - Use it to adjust your sound, sensitivity, and brightness, or just to leave the game.

R - Useless. No need for the extra "light"

Space - Useless. No need to jump.

Q&E - Useless. No need to tilt your head.

Left CTRL - Useless. No need to crouch.
Other things to note
The monster will deal 10 damage per hit. It travels through walls and objects and can hit you multiple times in a short amount of time.

Every time you see steam shooting out, you can turn it off with a valve.

It is easy to get past the monster on the stairs.
Going down: sprint past it.
Going up: Sprint and jump to go faster up the stairs.

You can charge the artifact past 1000 energy, but the bar will not keep going.

To get up stairs faster, you can jump while you sprint.

Hitting space will sometimes reset the game. Generally when directly colliding with a wall or object.

Each anomaly has 80 energy. Releasing LMB at 1 will get you the most amount of energy while also teleporting you somewhere else.

There are 50 items to "use".
There are 13 crystals to find.
Neither do anything.

The acid filling the bottom of the stairs will kill you.
The steam coming from the pipes will kill you.
The monster will kill you.

The "Finish the Game Alive" Achievement is broken and will not be awarded upon breaking the artifact in an anomaly.
