The quarter circle back command grab with armor will beat any of her options except jumping or throwing you. Do it to her and you'll get a hard knockdown, letting you easily time the next one on her wakeup. From my experience she just blocks on wakeup most of the time but if she DID attack you'd armor through it. I've never seen her try to throw me and if she did somehow jump then you're probably not gonna get punished for it.
So yeah, just use that move until she dies.

There is a special level 3 variant called Tenraiha, wich is an anvil with spiked balls,
to get this you have to do Peacock's taunt first "Hi Hi Birdie!"

Do the taunt ( LK HK MP MP + ⬆ ) and then ( ⬇ ⬅ + P HOLD ) and you should get Tenraiha.

This is easily done by using any attack that has 'hatred' such as:

Use any of these abilities while charged up and get attacked, Painwheel will immediatly attack back. Alternatively use the Hatred Install Blockbuster ( ⬇ ⬅ + KK ) and dishing out damage.

As Eliza, use Sekhmet's Turn ( ⬇ ⬅ + P ) to return an amount of damage back until the achievement pops. Think of it like Painwheel's achievement but you attack the same time as the enemy as Sekhmet, as she doubles the attack damage when she gets hit in the process, keep collecting the blood she spills and continue using Sekhmet.

I was testing around, and apparently an easy way to get it is to play Eliza against a Painwheel in local versus, and use hate attacks (the one I chose was charging up a standing HP), and as it's charging, I would hit her with any of my moves and it gave me achievement progress toward The Beast Within.
