All achievements in this game are linked to the story, and as such cannot be missed.

Grab the rope on the other side of your bed and go down the hole.

Grab the flashlight and knife. Continue along the path, checking every corner and picking up every item. Eventually, you’ll come to a locked gate. The combination is middle, top, bottom, middle (As indicated by the impaled skulls inside the tents). Continue along the path until you get the gun. Some bugs will come from the same direction you did. Kill them to proceed. After this gate is a maze. The maze has three artefacts to collect, the last of which is by the gate they open. Follow the map below;

After completing this maze, you’ll be in a room with a demon. Kill the demon and he will drop three ancient daggers. Use one of these daggers to stab the heart in the middle of the room.

You will be teleported to a hellscape. Follow along the path until you run into some bugs. Kill them and progress up the path they came from. You’ll find a big heart. Stab/shoot the heart and it will move along the path. Follow it until the end, killing any enemies you need to. Be careful not to fall off of any ledges. When the heart can no longer move, look for a ledge with red glowing particles. It will be near an ammo box, as well as two spear-like objects. Drop down to find another heart and repeat the process. When the heart can no longer move, continue along the path to find a lever. This lever will drop the walls so you can hit the hearts into the lava. This will spawn the first boss. Kill all enemies in the arena and then do a clockwise loop until you’re on the left side of the boss. Hold down the lever on the closest ballista until it launches a bolt. Repeat this process three more times. After defeating the boss, the lava pit will empty and reveal a door.

Going through this door will take you to an open maze-type area. In this area, you will encounter the grim reaper. Two to three headshots with the shotgun will temporarily daze him, and he will run away from you for a small period of time before resuming his pursuit.

Before entering through the opening, grab the key opposite you. Go past the first structure and continue right until you find the gallows (If you find enemies, you’re probably going in the right direction). Navigate to the back and input the following (Only the ones on the red line matter, the rest can be random);

After filling in the board, go up the gallows stairs and grab the seeds from the king. Continue on until you find a large, cylindrical structure at the end of a path. Around the back, there will be a box. Insert the key and operate the levers until a door opens next to you. Walk inside and plant the seeds. A path of flowers will appear leading you towards the exit.

The next area is a series of four arenas. Simply kill your way to the end and you will be transported to a much smaller arena. Shoot the eyeball above you to spawn the final boss. He is a pinhead-like demon with a spiked bat who can summon flying creatures. Try to kill the flying creatures as they spawn so you can spend more time focusing on the boss and less time worrying about getting hit. Once done, you will be transported to another location. Shoot the eye in front of you. After a short cutscene, you will wake up back in your room. Exit through the door and continue down the hallway.
