It's Cyndaquil, but he's totally ripped! Unsure if he'll set your world on fire or slap you into next week! This jacked pokemon is impossible to catch, not because of catchrate, but because he just throws your pokeballs back! Even masterballs hail to this Cyndaquil!

And you said there were too many fire/fighting types
