The best weapons are SMG, Minigun, and Assault Rifle. Try to find weapons with the following modifiers: Spider Queen's, Explosive, Corrosive, and Auto Aiming. When every enemy is killed, search the level for loot.

To take less damage: Never stop moving as you are an easier target for ranged enemies, Get to high ground as melee enemies will not be able to get to you, and get health boosters whenever there is a chance.
