Level Secret and Ration Ticket Guide [WIP]

Where to find the golden secrets and tips to unlock the ration challenges. It seems most of the golden items (that I've seen so far) are quite easy to find, as opposed to the original game.

Have a good shot at working them out for yourself before reading this guide!

Golden items seem to disappear for the player FOREVER once broken, even if you clear your save data. For this reason I don't remember the locations of some of the earlier levels before I started recording for this guide. Comment if you know!

Golden Cube
Gold Cube is in the cemetery to the left of your toy box and emplacements. If you can't find it the Barrage seems to take it out for ya ;) [Thanks to user Tiger Freak]

Ration Challenge
Score a 10x combo with anti-infantry. Easy as mate, just manually control your first Vickers gun and shoot up the first wave of infantry.
2. Gheluvelt Chateau

It's a mystery even to me!

Ration Challenge
Destroy the three barracks buildings on the left side of the map with an artillery piece you build in the centre square. Each barracks takes two hits.
3. Nonne Bosschen Wood
Golden Cube
Easy to find on a ruined building.

Ration Challenge
Destroy 50 enemies using gas. Just set one up and use it to defeat an infantry wave alone.
4. Fort Vaux
Golden Cube
On top of your toy box, on the edge of it. [Thanks user Veverka!]

Ration Challenge
Take to the skies and shoot down five enemy aircraft. Just put those skills to the test! It can help to fly a bit further away from the action to give yourself some room before turning to find an enemy to shoot.
5. Hill Cote 304
The Golden Cube
Easy to spot on the castle.

Ration Challenge
Destroy the rail yard and supplies, either with a bomber or an artillery piece.
6. Fort Douaumount
Golden Cube
Hiding in plain sight on your airfield.

Ration Challenge
Destroy all the bonus targets that pop up along side the edges of the level, using anti-air guns, sniper fire or aircraft machine guns.
7. Zero Hour 07:20
The Golden Cube
In a ruin behind one of your tanks.

Ration Challenge
Destroy all enemy emplacements. Your tanks can snipe the ones at the far end of the map fairly easily once you spot them. This does not include the defences for the enemy goal.
8. "U" Day
The Golden Cube
In a ruin by the edge of the board.

Ration Challenge
Destroy five tanks with a Whippet. Quite simple, snipe an enemy tank wave with your mad skillz.
9. Battle of the Ancre
The Golden Cube
Near the enemy airfield.

Ration Challenge
Get a 10x blast score with a tank. Try to exploit the enemy pathing and get a shell amongst a big group in the first wave, or get a tank safely up to the infantry rally points.
10. Langemark (1917)
The Golden Cube
On a road.

Ration Challenge
Get a 25x blast multiplier. Find the infantry rally points and hit them with an upgraded artillery piece as they muster for a wave.
11. Polygon Wood
The Golden Cube
With some crates.

Ration Challenge
Get a 3x kill with the sniper tower. Watch where the infantry groups all bunch up together and fire through them.
12. The Spring Offensive

On a bridge. (I think this must be bugged, I clearly remember in the original game this one was hidden UNDER the bridge and was rather difficult to find and destroy)

Ration Ticket
Accrue $15,000. Shelling the jump-off points for infantry waves before they launch gives good bonus multipliers.

By a ruined building near your defences.

The golden cube in level 6 - Fort Douaumount is actually hidden below a small bridge on the left side of the map, near the enemy vehicle spawn. The most effective way I found to get it is to crash the smaller plane into it.

4th mission, golden box is on top of your toy box, on the edge of it.
