Hey, this is my first guide for a game!
Its for the achievements of House Flipper - Luxury DLC
If you have suggestions for improvement, let me know in the comments :)

Step up your game

Did someone call a stair specialist?

Renew a staircase
(To do this, click on the staircase in the second mission with the sales device)

Windows Update

Replace 10 windows

Exchange 10 windows (Press "E" in front of the windows in the second mission)

The choice is yours

"Will you follow your client's dream?"

Decide on an option (Choose a flooring in the second mission)

The furnisher

One man's trash is another man's treasure

Restore a total of 5 pieces of furniture (for some pieces of furniture it is possible to restore them by pressing "E")

You are too creative!

If we allowed you to do this, the game would crash

Try to sell a choice icon (click on the icon with your selling device)

The Wi-Fi password, anyone?

The next step is to hire a butler

Move your office to one of the Luxury DLC houses (Buy a DLC house and move your office there. If you already have one, go there and press "ESC" and then "Move office")

Purchase one of the houses from Luxury DLC

Buy a house through the laptop in your office

I fixed it!

All it takes is a good smack with a hammer

Hit the steering wheel on the upper floor with the hammer (only possible after completing and buying the yacht order)

I hope there's no cellar

Now, who's in for a pool party?

Buy an indoor pool through the tablet and place in a basement (The mission worked for me after much trial and error in the Christmas house, when I placed the pool in the cellar. It will probably work in any other house with a cellar as well)

Panorama

Take a picture of the city from the Cliff House

Take a picture of the whole city while you are in the mission "Something ends and something new begins". It only counts when the photo is taken from the outside (Photos can be taken via the tablet)

Luxury is always in style

Finish all jobs in Moonrise Bay

Complete all 12 missions in the DLC

This belongs in a museum

Careful now, it’s obviously a family heirloom!

Start the mission "Family Values" go behind the house and jump down the waterfall. Behind the waterfall is a secret room with a peacock statue on top of a cupboard. Collect it and the achievement is yours.

Erneuer eine Treppe
(Klicke dazu mit dem Verkaufsgerät auf die Treppe in der zweiten Mission)

Verschiebe das Büro in eines der Luxus-DLC-Häuser (Kaufe ein DLC-Haus und verschiebe das Büro dorthin. Wenn man bereits ein Haus besitzt, gehe dorthin und drücke "ESC" und dann "Büro hierher versetzen")

Kaufe einen Indoor-Pool über das Tablet und baue ihn in einen Keller ein (Die Mission hat bei mir nach vielen Versuchen und Fehlern im Weihnachtshaus funktioniert, als ich den Pool in den Keller des Hauses baute. Es wird vermutlich in jedem anderen Haus mit einem Keller ebenfalls funktionieren)

Mache ein Foto von der ganzen Stadt, während man sich in der Mission "Etwas endet und etwas Neues beginnt" befindet. Es zählt nur, wenn das Foto von Draußen aufgenommen wird (Fotos können über das Tablet aufgenommen werden)

Das gehört in ein Museum

Vorsicht mit dem Familienerbstück!

Starte die Mission "Family Values" gehe hinter das Haus und springe den Wasserfall hinunter. Hinter dem Wasserfall ist nun ein Geheimraum, indem oben auf einem Schrank eine Pfauen Statue steht. Sammel diese auf und das achievement gehört dir.

They added a new achievement in the patch that released a few days back. It's called This belongs in a museum, and it's in a new level called Family Values.

This might help others but this is where I stood on ground level to get the panorama achievement. i just chopped down the two trees and then took this & got the achievement.

I can't see "Luxury Flipper" when I log in on House Flipper?

@apdlwl5 For the "Furnisher" Achievment, you need to restore a total of 5 pieces of furniture. Based on some comments (for example the one from @Lisatheshortly) this Achievment is bugged by some. That means to get it anyway you would have to create a new savegame if nothing else works and restore the 5 pieces of furniture there and hope that now the Achievment will be unlocked.

@ol1zhik You can't get back a house which you have sold. You can only rebuy the same house, which isn't tidied up or cleaned.

Hello, I'm a fan who enjoys house flippers in Korea. I'm leaving a comment because I have a question.
The funisher achievement should not complete the order map 100%, but should I do this again?
Or do I have to buy a house with a browser and do it again instead of an order map?
I used a translator, so I understand even if I don't understand.

Great guide, well done and thank you! One thing to possibly note is the the ''The furnisher'' achievement seems to be bugged. I've spoken to quite a lot of people who have said they've done all furniture restores and not had the achievement, myself included.

Also to @ol1zhik, once you've sold a house, you cannot get that house back. You would have to re-purchase and flip it again :)
