Primarily various Eastern European nations, namely the Baltic states, Hungary, Poland, and of course the USSR (but with most of the Slavicness removed). Their language is primarily a mix of Finno-Ugric and Baltic influences, but other influences can range from Germanic to Mongolian. Aesthetically, they are primarily Axis-inspired (in terms of tanks, think Soviet layout but German style). Though their uniforms are British-inspired (simply because I thought British uniforms looked very utilitarian, fitting the Vanguards' technocratic background), their helmets are based on a Japanese design, and their rifles are German.

Sounds cool, which European powers?

Both only used those helmets for a very short period in their history. Furthermore, this faction draws inspiration from a wide array of European and Asian powers from the WW2/late interwar era.

Because Soviets and Polish troops used the Adrian helmet and this seems to be a mix between a Soviet and Polish faction. If this was an actual faction I would still play it, cool nonetheless.
