- Tiers of good and evil: when one side is higher than 2/5/9 times the other side

This alone should be the single greatest QoL mod for most people.
It took me ages to figure out that "if you are bad or good, the opposite guys *HATE* you no matter what you did" and this fixes it. Evil people have to do good, else evil doesnt grow; and good people sometimes do bad things whether stupid or good-natured.
