fix for pathfinding
This version is my answer for few valid points from community
idea is to make characters travel with same roudes as they would take in vanilla, but with higher efficiency.
i found this version worse than original, but want people to have a choice

for me, without a doubt its clean improvement from vanilla game with no difficult alterations or crazy shortcuts

Inside you can find software that will patch all your mods to work with pathfinding fix!

A lot of mechanics works flawlessly here, but with lower degrees of adaptability
- dynamic direction change
- mass spread prevention
- water avoidance
- formation holding
- obstacle avoidance

Thank you so much for making this, I was debating not using the other version despite all of the amazing fixes because it causes characters to navigate through areas they normally avoid because they're deadly, like the iron desert or gut. Totally fine if you're playing solo, but if you have several characters, its easy to not notice that one is walking into mortal danger.

I have a problem on my base. It's in a valley on Fog islands and I just build the essential walls to close accest to the valley, but the npc (Merchants and raids) usually go first to a wall section instead of going directly to the gate.

Does this mod help with that?

Thank you, this mod does not add anything new to the game, just make all characters prioritize same walking pattern
i don't like adding new things to the game as unless its something close to vanilla i don't wanna pollute the experience with custom changes, i like game as it is, i just want it to work consistently not from time to time :)

I really love this mod. I feel like the other one got stuck a lot in places like Arms of okran, and fog islands when you don't fallow the paths. The other stuff this mod adds is great so its the best of both worlds :3

oww, yes they have same name to appeal to code in OCS compatibility patcher regardless of version used by a person
i didn't knew this situation will occur xD
sorry for inconvieniences, i only tried to work with problematic software for compatibility

does this mod have the same name as the original one? I wanted to download both and switch between them and see what I like, but kenshi launcher only lists one entry "SCAR's pathfinding fix (v. 16)" so I don't even know which one is loaded
