Uses the incapacitated pain and flame deaths voice lines from Insurgency:Sandstorm
Replaces all 38 death and 24 distant death voicelines

Note: Some lines can be 10 seconds long or more
so people respawning while the voicelines are playing is still possible.

Will try to work around this later on.

What about Death Shouts, Squeals and Grunts instead of just Incapacitated pain and Flame deaths?

The mod already has all the scream from every class (except for militia for obvious reasons) but sadly i can't make the insurgent and security screams team specific because the game doesn't have team specific ones that i could replace because both teams uses the screams.
